1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ha777 ("ha777", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ha777 website located at ha777.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, wallet systems, promotional programs, and customer support channels.

3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ha777 login credentials, including their username and password. 4.2 Deposit Policy

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement progression will not count toward bonus clearance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ha777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms with other players. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent account closure.

5.4 ha777's Right to Withdraw Offers

ha777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be honoured subject to these Terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

ha777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by the Player

Any funds remaining in the player's wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and provided that no active wagering requirements remain on bonus balances.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.

ha777 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or legally available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Access from other territories is at the user's own initiative and risk.
